For the Basic Stage Coaching Service, The Stage Coach
comes out to the home and goes room to room with the owners
and/or REALTOR discussing each room and what attention is
required. Pictures are usually taken, and it is advised the
client take notes. This visit usually lasts about an hour or
two. As part of the service, we will offer price quotations for
small home repairs, basic Home Staging Services, and furnishing
rentals when appropriate.
A Home Staging Evaluation Report Card will be provided via email
providing a room by room written review of the visit. This
report can then be used as a punch list by the home owners.

The Stage Coach came out to the home and removed the existing
furniture and replaced it with pieces from his Home Staging
Inventory. The end result was an increase in appeal - kind
of like the frosting flowers on top of a cake. They don't
change the flavor of the cake - but it looks great!
